Schedule Management

The schedule communicates the project team’s expectations regarding time of completion.  CPS works with project participants to institute a monitoring and updating process that is realistic and cost-effective clearly identifying responsibilities of the team.  The results of monitoring are then incorporated into regular periodic schedule updates.

CPS can provide any or all of the following:

• Monitor construction progress on a regular basis for project schedule conformance
• Monitor and advise of key submittal issues, interface with owner operation requirements
• Assist with purchasing of owner supplied equipment, furniture and fixtures
• Facilitate discussion regarding schedule status during progress meetings
• Monitor commissioning implementation plan and advise on success criteria issues
