Risk Management Support

Risk Management Support assists in risks being Transferred, Eliminated, Assumed, or Mitigated (TEAM). CPS assists project participants in identifying risks and implementing processes and procedures to manage risks.  Working closely with counsel, operations staff, risk managers, and outside brokers/agents, CPS helps arrive at appropriate holistic management programs to meet the project participants’ needs.  For example, the inclusion of Building Commissioning objectives, strategy, and success criteria into the overall project plan will increase the likelihood that a building will meet the owners’ expectations.

CPS can provide any or all of the following:

• Perform Comparative Facility Study
• Develop Project Pro-forma (cash flow analysis with anticipated capital draws)
• Review/Develop detailed program of requirements
• Develop Project communication program
• Conduct risk assessment, strategy, and success criteria
