RFP Process Management

Clear communication of project requirements and criteria will allow candidates to submit information that can be evaluated on an equivalent basis.  Upon the selection of the right delivery methodology for the owner and the project, CPS will use its diverse background and experiences to facilitate the selection process for the project team – namely designers and builders.  CPS utilizes the project program and the selected delivery methodology to prepare and distribute the RFP to CPS pre-qualified candidates.

CPS can provide any or all of the following:

• Prepare Request for Qualification (RFQ)  
• Receive qualification packages and manage “short-listing” process  
• Prepare Request for Proposal (RFP)
• Issue RFP and conduct pre-proposal meetings
• Proposal review
  • Review proposals
  • Provide written comments on proposals
  • Attend meetings and/or interviews  
  • Follow-up with selected project team and document results
  • Report back to owner; verify direction to proceed with final contract negotiations
