Project Strategic Planning

The goal of “Project Strategic Planning” is to pro-actively align objectives to meet the overall needs of the program. CPS takes team building concepts often used in partnering combined with problem solving techniques to facilitate a strategic plan for resolving disputes in “real-time” thus saving costs.  In order to accomplish this, CPS designs and then facilitates numerous sessions with project participants at all levels and roles.  The purpose of the sessions is to assess the goals and responsibilities of the parties and establish strategies to ensure that the parties perform.

CPS can provide any or all of the following:

• Be “on call” to address any issues or concerns that may arise
• Facilitate and document construction progress meetings
• Facilitate resolution of construction issues and owner concerns
• Provide written documentation of observations and issues
• Monitor quality control procedures  including test and inspection reports
• Ensure parties are performing contract responsibilities and report findings to owner
