Dispute Resolution

CPS supports a project by providing suggestions of how to deal with disputes before they occur – the difference between change management and claim management. Issues are resolved as quickly as possible at the jobsite level. Often times, disputes and eventual claims escalate because of miscommunications. CPS facilitates communications among the parties in an effort to resolve the dispute, clarifying details through graphics, spreadsheets, timelines, and other techniques all contributing to clear communications of the problem as well as potential solutions.
