Should you consider integrating P6 with other programs? All this can be determined by conducting a P6 Health Assessment for your organization. What is a P6 Health Assessment and how can you do this?
The objective of a P6 Health Assessment is to perform an evaluation of your organization’s current use of P6. To review your existing P6 set-up and configuration and conduct interviews with a variety of internal representatives from the Director, Project Controls Manager, Project Manager, Project Scheduler and IT Administrative Support levels about the current use of P6 project management software tools and related project control processes. The goal is to identify areas for improvement and suggest a plan for product use enhancements and process standardization.

This webinar focuses on the features and functionality of Primavera P6 Visualizer. During this webinar, the participant will be introduced to logging into P6 Visualizer, opening existing Gantt Chart and Timescale Logic Diagram layouts, creating new Gantt Chart and Timescale Logic Diagram layouts, and modifying existing Gantt Chart and Timescale Logic Diagram layouts.

Michelle Smith – Sr. Implementation Consultant & Instructor
Michelle has seventeen years of experience in project management, project controls and scheduling. She has performed project scheduling and consulting internationally and domestically in the utilities, manufacturing and construction arenas. Michelle has had lead involvement in production contingency planning and has hands-on experience in project schedule development, project coordination, plan implementation and process documentation.
Michelle Smith performs portfolio project management software implementation consulting, custom client documentation and training for Critical Business Analysis, Inc. Before joining CBA she was employed by a project management consulting firm in Atlanta, Georgia, and assigned to a joint venture managing Georgia’s 16 million-dollar Fulton County Jail Expansion project. As Project Coordinator she was in charge of project schedule review, status reporting, change order management, submittals, RFI’s, payment application review, and project database and document control management. Michelle was also employed with an owner’s representative, project management consulting firm in Ohio where she created and managed project plans and was instrumental in the development and implementation of a production contingency plan for a Fortune 500 automotive and industrial parts supplier. She’s traveled internationally and domestically to develop / implement project schedules and perform team collaboration. She’s facilitated team meetings, verified the integrity of and maintained contractor project schedules and budgets, determined contract revisions for approval, and performed project billing and job costing. Additionally, Michelle has experience in the industrial emergency management and recovery arena, developing standardized operating procedures and creating flow charts and training manuals accordingly. Michelle has also has been directly involved in designing and implementing project controls metrics, guidelines, processes and procedures. She is skilled in the development of custom process and procedure manuals, desk guides and extensive support documentation, report development and process improvement.
In addition to performing schedule consulting for a number of private owners, general and sub-contractors in the utilities, manufacturing and construction industries, Michelle also performs schedule consulting and custom training for a variety of public owners including the University of Cincinnati, Greater Cincinnati Waterworks, and the Metropolitan Sewer District of Cincinnati. She also regularly instructs standard project scheduling courses for CBA.
