CPS provides moisture intrusion investigation to identify the cause of building leaks in roofs, windows, storefronts, curtain walls, and in general, moisture infiltration. CPS documents the existing constructed conditions to determine if the system was constructed in accordance with the design documents and/or industry standards. In order to determine workmanship, design, and product deficiencies and to assess property damage, CPS performs services ranging from visual non-intrusive investigation, to selective destructive exploratory investigation, if deemed appropriate. In addition, CPS is often retained to analyze other consultants’ findings and proposed remedial measures (and costs therefore). Finally, CPS uses its cost estimating background to establish reasonable costs to implement remedial measures.
